In the modern rapidly changing world, there is a change in value orientations and educational paradigms, socio-economic, political, liberal-social scientific conditions. These processes also affect training system for working with different categories of children, including those mental retardation. The purpose this work to study, analyze objectively compare structure bachelors who are capable creating special conditions education upbringing children retardation, identify common elements training. study domestic practice specialists persons retardation important concretizing content specialized education. used comparative analysis profiles framework defectological, psychological-pedagogical pedagogical areas.
